The MSCTNR chuck is equipped with the “PART EXPULSION GROUP” when the late does not have it. On request, the chuck may be supplied without the “Part Expulsion Group” to be mounted on lathes that already were originally equipped with this group. The MSCTNR collet holding chuck was made to allow the maximum approach to the tool holding turret group. he MSCTN collet holders began as classic closing equipment for CNC lathes. They are made from a block of steel, galvanized and tempered at 60 HRC. They are totally adjusted to ensure maximum duration, precision and balancing. The MSCTN collet holders are made with IS0-A (DIN 55026) and FLANGE attachments (AF). The opening and closing of the collets on the MSCTN chuck takes place via hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders later applied to the lathe shaft.
