Description
Diese Siebreinigungsmaschine leistet eine ausgesprochen effektive Vorreinigung aller Getreidesorten, Leguminosen, Handelspflanzen, Garten- und Kleesamen. Hohe Stunden- leistungen bei gleichzeitig qualitativ gutem Reinigungseffekt werden durch die 13 m2 große Siebfläche im Zusammenwirken mit dem wohlabgestimmten Vor- und Nachsaugsystem erzielt. Die Siebkästen sind aus erstklassigem, wasserbeständigem Laminatholz gefertigt, das auch gegen Insektbefall präpariert ist. Der Maschinenrahmen ist aus stabilen, formgepreßten Stahlprofilen hergestellt, die sandgestrahlt und lackiert sind. Zur absolut gleichmäßigen Verteilung des Gutstromes an das Schrollensieb ist die Einspeisevorrichtung mit drehzahl- regulierter Speisewalze mit Direktantrieb sowie 3-stufigem Kettenantrieb und Sicherheitsklappe ausgerüstet. Das hocheffektive Vor- und Nachsaugsystem scheidet leichte Beimengungen vor und nach der Siebreinigung effektiv ab und führt diese leichten Partikel der zweigeteilten Expansionskammer zu, von wo sie mittels zweier Schnecken über Fingerklappenschleusen ausgetragen werden. Die Luftmenge und -geschwindigkeit im Vor- und Nachsaug- system ist über Klappen leicht und genau regelbar. Zwei Siebkästen mit 1250 mm innerer Breite nehmen ein einzelnes Schrollensieb und 4 Sieblagen mit je 3 Einzelsieben in sich auf. Beide Siebkästen werden über eine zentrale Exzenter- welle oszilliert, die einen maximalen Umwuchtaustausch garantiert. Die Siebkästen werden durch einen 3,0 kW/940 Upm Motor über Keilriemen angetrieben. Der Direktantrieb der Speisewalze hat einen 1,1 kW Motor mit FU
