The PCIM series stirrer is suitable for mixing liquids, even aggressive ones, in particularly unfavorable working environments in terms of humidity and temperature, since all the parts in direct contact with the liquid and with the external environment are made of stainless steel AISI 316. It can be fixed to the tank by means of a side clamp, integrated with the bearing housing body and motor support, or a lower connecting flange. B14 form 3-phase electric motors are installed (CCW direction of rotation). The mixing action is guaranteed by a three-blade marine profile propeller or Cowless profile propeller, installed at the end of the shaft. The characteristics of density and viscosity of the liquid to be mixed, in addition to the desired degree of mixing, determine the size of the motor and the size and type of propeller. The construction solutions adopted make the PCIM mixer in itself resistant, durable, robust, not bulky and silent. However, the optimal functioning of the mixer cannot be separated from the installation method and the constructive characteristics of the tank to which it is bound.
